Exchange / Return Policy
When it comes to catering to our customers we ensure that maximum customer satisfaction is achieved.
ShoeStreet does not offer any refunds. Customers can exchange the sizes if available in same article. The brand would offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- A wrong size or product being delivered
- Item delivered was damaged
Any claims for above must be sent to Shoestreet after receiving the order, after which it will be reviewed by ShoeStreet
Please note that the products, Box and tags should be in the original state to be eligible for an exchange. We will get back to you within 48 hours of the request being sent.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Please note, no exchanges or store credit of any kind is offered for items bought on sale.
Procedure for Exchange
Products purchased directly from ShoesStreet.com are only eligible for an exchange.
If product is an unused condition, it can be exchanged within 15 days from date of delivery with original bill, product packing and barcode intact.
For exchange customer will have to bear the delivery charges of Rs.500/-
Exchange Voucher will be issued via Email/SMS, with the same amount/value of your exchanged product, which can be redeem on Checkout from ShoeStreet./-
Procedure for Claim
For manufacturing defects/ Damaged, products can be exchanged within 45 days from the date of delivery with supporting images and detailed description of the issue with copy of the original invoice.

ShoeStreet Team will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Order cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via an SMS with your COD amount as well as order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
Shoestreet holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Items not Allowed for Exchange:
Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Similarly, last/cut sizes cannot be exchanged.
Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than usual. Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will guide you for the exchange process.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through any of the following ways:
Go to shoestreet.pk. Select your size and color, add them to your cart, checkout and your order will be delivered to your doorstep.
You can also place your order through WhatsApp.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon your order is placed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order. You can checkout without creating an account. However, we highly encourage you to create an account. Account creation will allow you to track your order at any time and also significantly enhance your checkout experience so you don’t have to fill out your information every time.
We also offer single-click account creation where you can sign in with your Google or Facebook account.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an confirmation email and SMS within minutes of placing your order. In case you do not receive an order confirmation email or SMS, please reach out to us at (03464840000) or email@example.com
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order on your account page. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you can live track the rider’s progress through a tracking link that will be sent to you via email and SMS once your order is dispatched
What is the difference between Order ID and Tracking ID?
Order ID is a number that we use to process your orders. It will also serve as the main ID that you will use to communicate with us.
Tracking ID will be provided to you once your order is dispatched so you can live track your order’s progress
Can I make changes to an existing order?
Yes, you can absolutely make changes to an order. Call us at (03464840000) and we will make the required changes for you
If I add a product to my cart, does it get reserved?
We do not reserve a product once you add it to your cart. To ensure that your desired product does not run out of stock, checkout quickly to secure your purchase!
What if there a discrepancy in my order when I receive it?
At Shoestreet.pk, our top-notch operations ensure that you don’t face any issues in the product when you receive your order.
